Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The appointee will engage in a project focused on “Establishing an operationalizable teacher-facing model of Design Aware Learning Analytics.” Key responsibilities include:
- Research and instrument design
- Data collection, management, analysis, and interpretation
- Preparing publications for peer-reviewed journals and books
- Collaborating with project teams and liaising with schools and professional bodies
- Assisting in administrative and dissemination work
Project Detail
The project aims to develop and implement a model of learning analytics that supports teachers in designing and assessing educational interventions.
Eligibility/Qualification
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctoral or master’s degree in Education, Learning Sciences, or related fields
- Strong background in technology-enhanced learning, learning design, and/or learning analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in advanced statistical methods or managing/analyzing large datasets
- High proficiency in academic writing in English and Chinese
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
