Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The Post-Doctoral Fellow will engage in research on nano-magnonics, using techniques such as microwave spectroscopy, magnetotransport, and optical methods. Responsibilities include:
- Fabricating nanomagnetic networks using electron-beam lithography, evaporation, and lift-off.
- Performing Brillouin light scattering spectroscopy and magneto-optical Kerr effect measurements.
- Setting up and modifying scientific instruments.
- Conducting micromagnetic modeling.
- Supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
Project Detail
The project aims to:
- Control magnons in 2D nanomagnet arrays.
- Manipulate magnon-magnon interactions.
- Understand nonlinear dynamics in magnetic nanostructures.
- Realize neuromorphic magnonic computing concepts.
